Project Manager

Location: Amersham

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Package

We are seeking a Project Manager to join a leading main contractor in Amersham, working on high-quality construction projects ranging from £5m to £35m. This role offers excellent progression to Contracts Manager level for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring quality, budget, and programme targets are met.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee project planning, risk management, and contract administration.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and promote a positive safety culture on-site.
• Report regularly to senior management on project progress and commercial performance.

Requirements:

• Experience managing construction projects valued at £5m+ within a main contracting environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage project finances, risk, and programme effectively.
• Desire to progress into a Contracts Manager role.
