The role:

We're looking for an established project management professional who brings a delivery focus, dexterity, creativity and a lean-agile mindset to deliver quality outcomes for our customers and colleagues.

As a Project Manager you will be passionate about delivering value, optimising the flow of work and ensuring quality. You'll be working closely with teams across both technical and non-technical areas of the business, optimising planning and delivery activity, ensuring we deliver in the most efficient & agile way, with measurable value. We're particularly keen to hear from candidates who've operated in mixed delivery frameworks (Project & Product).

You’ll help us make health happen by:

  • Planning, shaping and delivery management of Change and Transformation activity with a relentless focus on delivering business value, optimising the flow of work and ensuring quality outputs.
  • Tasking and coordination within the Portfolio Value Stream, Programme and Projects including the identification and management of the necessary resources.
  • Eliminating and where necessary managing and mitigating delivery risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining clear management and control of delivery objectives with specific focus on flow, value, and quality.
  • Developing, maintaining, and regularly communicating the delivery roadmap alongside the provision of formal delivery performance reporting and insight.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong, effective, and trusted relationships with sponsors, governance committees and key stakeholders across the business.
  • Ensuring business objectives and technology alignment for change activity is optimised to ensure business plans are achieved.
  • Lead, support and drive continuous improvement through a range of quality management activities across the portfolio and the system of change.

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

  • Knowledge and expertise of managing aggregated change activity.
  • Expertise and experience in coordinating teams, resources and delivery planning.
  • Be highly results oriented and focused on adding value. Possess strong commercial acumen and broad business awareness.
  • Must be able to demonstrate established stakeholder management skills across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Experience of working in a regulated and compliance led environment.
  • Have a tenacious approach to problem solving, constantly striving for effective solutions.
  • Must be proficient in risk, resource, and cost management.
  • Experience of multiple business and IT delivery methodologies (e.g., MSP, Prince2, Lean, Agile, SDLC).
