Project Manager

Location: Borehamwood, WD6 1JD.
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE plus benefits (detailed below).
Contract: Full time, permanent.

About The Role

You will be working directly with our clients delivering projects, from initial kick off, implementation, and handover to our Managed Services Team:

  1. Speak to clients via tickets and phone calls
  2. Communicating with clients on a regular basis, providing progress reports and weekly updates
  3. Managing your own workload and ensuring projects are regularly updated
  4. Responsible for the teams workload assign & schedule tasks to them as appropriate
  5. Ensure projects are delivered within timelines & budget
  6. Co-ordinating & leading regular internal/external project meetings and stand-ups
  7. Preparing communications packs for clients
  8. Assisting with internal projects, including Research & Development
What We Need From You

Ideal applicants will have 1-2+ years project management experience and be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills:

  1. Perseverance and attention to detail
  2. Able to work autonomously as well as working as part of a team
  3. Able to meet deadlines
  4. Be able to work in an agile way to handle changing priorities
  5. Friendly presence, positive attitude, good interpersonal skills
  6. Ideal applicants will have MSP and HaloPSA experience
