Job Description

Position Title: Project Manager

Salary Range: £55,000 – £65,000 (based on experience)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver remote network infrastructure projects, overseeing scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Regularly update and maintain project documentation, including RAG (Red-Amber-Green) status, risk registers, and project plans.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and alignment on project goals and updates.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Conduct on-site visits when necessary for client meetings, project assessments, or surveys.
• Remain involved in selected hands-on technical tasks, offering support for deployment challenges as needed.
• Ensure all network and Wi-Fi deployments adhere to industry best practices and quality standards.

Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years in infrastructure roles, with experience in systems such as Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.
• A minimum of 5 years delivering end-to-end projects.
• Proven knowledge and experience in network and AV, Wi-Fi deployment projects, with technical skills to support hands-on tasks when necessary.
• Managing 10+ projects at one time.
• Project management certification, such as PMP or Prince2, is also required.
• Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus but not mandatory.
