Project Manager - Basildon - Retail / ecommerce - Up to £50k

A highly successful retail group is looking for a commercially minded PM to assist in moving various projects forward and ensuring deadlines are met. The company is going through a rapid period of growth, and you will be working alongside Sales and Business Development, so an understanding/background in this area will be highly advantageous.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, regularly meeting with each project sponsor to discuss objectives, setting milestones, and enforcing accountability to ensure set deadlines are met. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

1. Set project milestones
2. Challenge and monitor project deliverables
3. Update relevant stakeholders or team members on project progress
4. Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them

Qualifications

1. Prince2 advantageous
2. Strong business acumen in project planning and management
3. Experience on change and improvement projects
4. Experience working in e-commerce

Compensation and Benefits

1. Up to £50k (Full-time equivalent)
2. Full or part-time options available
3. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
4. Full week, 42.5 hour work week
