Job Description
In collaboration with local suppliers and teammates across the globe, our defence workforce of more than 2,100 people in the United Kingdom work together to solve current and emerging defence and security challenges jointly with the Ministry of Defence.
The UK’s nine P-8A Poseidon aircraft increase protection of the UK’s seas and borders with unmatched anti-submarine, anti-surface, maritime patrol, and search and rescue capabilities. The fleet is housed in the Atlantic Building at RAF Lossiemouth, a £100 million joint investment by Boeing and the Ministry of Defence, where more than 200 Boeing employees provide maintenance, training and support. In addition, 83 UK-based suppliers support the global fleet, helping produce components for P-8s around the world. As part of the global P-8 programme, Boeing Defence (UK) also provides capability to our P-8 International sustainment customers supporting the delivery of their mission.

We are seeking a Project Lead for all UK P-8A International Contracts who will be responsible for the delivery of all on-contract Inter-company Work Transfers (IWT) for UK P-8 International activity. This is a full-time role based at either Bristol or London sites with some UK & International travel. You will be part of a Programme Management Team executing current P-8 International contracts and supporting bid activity on new contracts as well as developing new growth programmes for the Fixed Wing Business within Boeing Defence UK.
