LPT Grade 7 £33,625 - £35,840 per annum FTE
£29,926 - £31,897 per annum pro rata based on 36 hours per week
Applications will be considered for full-time or part-time working, as the role can be either TTO or all year round. The post holder will be required to work at least 30 hours per week over a minimum of 4 days over 40 weeks per year (term time plus 1 additional non-term time week). Learning Partners is a growing and thriving multi-academy trust, working with 16 schools in Surrey. The trust provides a wider range of services to support schools; the operational support services are led by a team consisting of the Heads of our key departments – HR, Finance, Governance, Estates and IT.
We have a new and exciting opportunity for the right person to join our central team to work with the Head of Projects and Operational Strategy to facilitate the delivery of centrally driven projects as well as strategic and growth programmes of work.
The role is based at the Learning Partners Academy Trust central offices in Guildford but there will be occasional travel across our schools.
Responsibilities
You will:
- Lead the facilitation and preparation of Conversion & Transfer package options for schools joining the Trust.
- Track and lead on project stages to oversee adherence to project plans, timelines, and deliverables, providing ongoing updates to the team.
- Lead project engagement and provide timely updates and feedback.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project-related queries.
- Be responsive and proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, working with internal and external stakeholders to agree appropriate actions.
- Be responsible for project tracking by maintaining project performance data and producing regular internal and external project reports and insights.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
This is a part-time, permanent role working 36 hours per week over 40 weeks per year.

- Well organized and ability to prioritize conflicting workload priorities.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
