Our client has c.100 operating sites across the Globe and seeking a Project lead to run a UK Capex projects across an existing and expanding Estate.

The Role

As Project Management Lead you will be based in London, leading a Construction and Project team across mainly London and South East capex projects including new builds, refurbishments and assisting with the growth of the portfolio.

It will include:

  • Management of internal and external Project Management team
  • Management of localised external consultants and advisors.
  • Work with regional teams to establish requirements
  • Coordinate and agree capex budgets and expenditure with senior management
  • Work with design teams on major projects
  • Manage, update, and maintain property database working closely with central, regional, and onsite teams.
  • Routinely review and analyse the Company’s real estate portfolio to plan for upcoming projects
  • Have full budget control on projects, commercials, contracts and procurement
  • Oversight of all construction projects from start to finish
  • Advise on new acquisitions

About you

  • MCIOB or MRICS qualification, or equivalent
  • Experience dealing with an international property portfolio across hospitality or major projects.
  • Experience working with senior management teams
  • High level of planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills
  • The ability to work accurately and meet tight deadlines
  • The ability to work as a team, and on own initiative, solving problems as necessary
  • Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and influence across a broad range of stakeholders
