The below job description outlines the position of a Project Coordinator.

Typically, this person will support the Project Management Team throughout the yacht build process. You will assist in project coordination and client management to ensure the owners have a first-class experience while their yacht is being built.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

1. Attend daily and weekly yacht build meetings alongside a Project Manager and the Production Team to support project reviews.
2. Liaise with build teams to accurately record and forecast production hours.
3. Support Costing Coordinators by assisting with option quoting and verifying the accuracy of allocated hours for tasks.
4. Lead production reviews and oversee the completion of resulting actions.
5. Attend client and production meetings, capture key actions, and ensure follow-ups are implemented.

Qualifications and Requirements for the Project Coordinator:

1. GCSEs including Maths and English or equivalent level.
2. Relevant sailing qualifications (desirable).
3. Microsoft Office training or certification (desirable).
