Job Title: Project Management Administrator

We have an opportunity for a Functional Support Technician to join us at Honeywell, in Southend where you will be responsible for using your project management skills to work with cross functional teams to handle a wide variety of subjects on a daily basis, working to ensure compliance with standard work/operating procedures to ensure duties are fulfilled and goals are met.

Key responsibilities:
  • To support multiple functions on site bridging activities and enabling management of rails software for project development inclusive of Vendors/suppliers
  • Aiding in Route cause analysis and rapid problem solving for material quality improvements and stock management on site
  • Support the quality system/structure and identify potential improvements
  • Coordinate transitions of suppliers
  • Value stream map site functions & processes whilst coordinating cross functionally
  • Support updates of operating procedure documentation
Key skills and qualifications:
  • Experience in working in cross functions teams, (such as technical teams, planning teams or operations)
  • Value stream mapping experience
  • A project management qualification or certification is preferable, or solid experience within project management
