  • Managing project risks, assumptions, and dependencies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with customer policies and strategies.
  • Maintaining project controls for time, cost, scope, and quality, ensuring effective decision-making and change management.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular project updates and supporting engagement plans.
  • Managing resources efficiently, including personnel, budget, and materials, to ensure project success.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks while maintaining flexibility to adapt to unforeseen challenges.
  • Monitoring project performance against KPIs and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong IT literacy with solid understanding of MS Office and SharePoint.
  • Experience managing IT infrastructure or application projects of low to medium value (£5k - £50k).
  • Ability to write and review technical and commercial documentation.
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and risks.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently under pressure.

It would be great if you had:

  • Experience using ServiceNow.
  • A working knowledge of IT systems and technologies, enabling discussions about IT-based solutions.

If you are interested in this role but not sure if your skills and experience are exactly what we’re looking for, please do apply, we’d love to hear from you!
