Job description

Job Title: Project Lead - Delivery

Location: Barrow-in-Furness. We offer a range of flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: From £45,628 - depending on skills & experience

What you'll be doing:

  1. Developing a visual representation of the end-to-end Product Lifecycle, known as a Tube Map Structure
  2. Engaging with SMEs and Function to gather the information for the Tube Map
  3. Developing and coordinating strategic end-to-end Process Pocket Guides
  4. Gathering existing locations for Learning and Development curriculum
  5. Identifying risks and blockers to escalate to management
  6. Producing project documentation in support of LCM Governance
  7. Attending meetings and workshops
  8. Supporting as the delegate for the Project Manager

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

  1. Experience working in a complex Project environment
  2. Good understanding of Product Lifecycle and Business Process
  3. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  4. Ability to prioritise your own work and manage your workload

Desirable:

  1. Understanding of BAE Process and Lifecycle
  2. Awareness of JIRA and Confluence
