This role involves ensuring Health & Safety compliance across a key customer contract, working closely with internal teams to achieve safety targets and promote a culture of safety within the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
2. Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
3. Develop and implement health and safety policies.
4. Provide training and support to staff on health and safety procedures.
5. Monitor and report on health and safety performance.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in health and safety management.
2. NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
3. Strong communication and leadership skills.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
