Project Finance - Vice President
Location: London/Hybrid
Contract End Date: 1st May 2026
Daily Rate: £542 - £605 via Umbrella Company
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm occasional out of hours

Our client, a leading financial institution headquartered in Japan, is searching for a Project Finance - Vice President to join their dynamic Power & Renewables Team! This is an exceptional opportunity to work within a diverse environment while contributing to impactful projects in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support and occasionally lead the execution of project finance transactions and marketing activities.
2. Conduct thorough corporate credit analysis and review customer financial statements.
3. Engage in financial modelling, due diligence, and legal documentation.
4. Collaborate with various internal departments and interface with clients, marketing, deal execution, and KYC.
5. Manage multiple transactions simultaneously while ensuring quality and accuracy.

What We're Looking For:

1. Experience: Significant knowledge in project finance, acquisition finance, and corporate credit analysis within Power & Renewables.
2. Skills: Strong analytical, numerical, and financial modelling abilities. Excellent communication skills are a must!
3. Education: A degree is required, with multiple language skills viewed favourably.
4. Attributes: Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively while handling complex transactions.
