About Our Client

Our client, a well-known and growing organisation based in Woking, is looking for a Project Finance Administrator to join their Accountancy team.

Job Description

  • Working closely with the Finance Heads of Service and Project Workstream leads to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.
  • Perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.
  • Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
  • Support the creation and delivery of processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Director of Finance as requested.
  • Co-ordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information within set time frames.
  • Monitor and control core project and programme governance.
  • Deliver project reporting covering overall status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans, as well as highlighting benefits once they are realised.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, dashboards, plans, and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful applicant will have experience with the above and be available on short notice.
