Compensation: $140K – $160K

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful execution.
• Mentor and guide project managers and team members for professional development.
• Engage with executives, customers, and stakeholders to align project goals.
• Lead project estimating efforts to enhance presales activities.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects to maximize efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project success.
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Need to be Considered:

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, customers, and teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to oversee projects and attend meetings.
