The Opportunity

PWR are strengthening their team of Project Engineers in our Motorsport division. The opportunity will allow you to develop technical solutions with our customers through close collaboration with our engineering and design teams.

In this role, you will take full ownership of projects from acquisition to delivery, providing ongoing support to customers. You will leverage PWR's technical capabilities and identify commercial opportunities to maximize value for both the customer and PWR.

An important part of this role is being able to meet performance, budget, and time constraints while liaising with different stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be technically minded, possess strong organisational skills and be able to work under fast-paced conditions.

Your Skills and Experience

  • A relevant degree i.e. Mechanical Engineering
  • Prior experience working in the same or similar role within the Automotive Industry
  • Proven problem-solving skills and can demonstrate quick thinking to solve technical issues under tight deadlines
  • Adaptability and decision making working on high-pressure projects
  • Advanced computer skills working with SolidWorks, CAD
  • Motivation, drive and dedication towards motorsport and performance ability
  • Excellent technical customer service skills with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to collaborate and be a strong team player
