Established over 40 years ago, our client is a global player in the design and manufacturing of lighting products, supplying some of the most recognisable names in the agricultural/off-road/commercial vehicle industry.

1. Working closely with the Quality Engineer, you will support all functions of design and manufacture, liaising with internal and external sales to assist with new projects.
2. Act as a product specialist, providing technical support to internal and external sales teams.
3. Manage new product development, implementation, and project organisation.
4. Manage the approval process for samples of new products and product revisions.
5. Handle engineering changes and supplier/customer change requests.
6. Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures for production processes.
7. Manage SolidWorks drawings and related documentation.
8. Create part numbers, Bills of Materials, assembly instructions, and visual aids for production teams.
9. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.

1. Will hold a recognised engineering qualification, ideally HNC.
2. Will have proven experience in Project Engineering or Project Management.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Proficient in Solidworks.
5. Competent in generating detailed reports and technical specifications.
6. Familiarity with compliance standards.
