  4. Interface with internal stakeholders, client representatives, and multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Preconstruction, Operations, and Commercial
  5. Coordinate input across mechanical, electrical, controls, and building services disciplines
  6. Ensure compliance with technical standards and Building Services regulations
  7. Act as Principal Designer Contact (CDM 2015), with CDM Advisor support
  8. Provide technical guidance and input throughout the project lifecycle

  4. In-depth knowledge of Building Services mechanical systems and technical/regulatory frameworks
  5. Skilled at managing multi-disciplinary teams and external design consultants
  6. Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and their application to construction
  7. Familiarity with NEC contracts, contractor claims, and PM instructions (desirable)
