Project Engineer
Melksham
£35,000 - £40,000 + 36 days annual leave + PMI + EAP + Progression

Due to continued success within the business and a growing order book, my client is looking to add to their Projects team with the addition of a Project Engineer. We are looking for an ambitious individual. The client will consider either someone who has previous experience working as a Project Engineer or a Graduate in Electronics Engineering or similar, who is looking to break into the world of project engineering. This represents a brilliant opportunity to be part of an industry-leading team.

The Role:

1. Responsible for full technical documentation, test plans, test reports, project schedules, etc.
2. Ownership of the documentation produced and sending project schedules to customers.
3. Liaising with all parties, ensuring projects are completed on time.
4. Communicating with both internal and external stakeholders - helping resolve any issues.
5. Typically managing 1 or 2 projects at a time, high value, low volume products.

The Candidate:

1. Electronics or electrical engineering degree.
2. Prince2 - desirable.
3. Strong technical understanding.
4. Experience running projects, either professionally or as part of degree.
5. Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
