Project Engineer - Manufacturing - Electrical - Cannock

Brooklyn Recruitment currently have an exciting role available in the Cannock area for a Project Engineer / Project Manager within the electrical manufacturing sector. This role would suit someone with experience within a manufacturing environment; electrical manufacturing would be ideal but isn’t essential.

This company has an excellent working environment with the building being light, bright, and clean. The company has a total workforce of around 200 but still maintains a family-friendly feel, where everyone is known by name and you even get your birthday off!

As Project Engineer / Project Manager, you will be:

1. Driving continuous improvement activities through SQCDP.
2. Taking Projects from cradle to grave.
3. Generating and adhering to the Project plan.
4. Building relationships with your assigned customers.
5. Keeping customers updated on any timescales or issues.
6. Ensuring Health and Safety measures are adhered to.
7. Dealing with any quality concerns.
8. Meeting project deadlines.
9. Managing the project’s budgets.
10. Updating the system.
11. Other duties as required.

The working hours for this Project Engineer / Project Manager’s role are excellent:

Mon - Thurs 8am - 5.15pm

Fri 8am - 12pm

To be suitable for this role of Project Engineer / Project Manager, you should have previous experience in a Project Engineering role within a production/manufacturing environment. This experience would ideally have been gained within the Electrical sector, but all backgrounds would be considered. A Prince2 qualification would be desirable, but experience is more important.
