Key Requirements:

1. Proven experience in overseeing the installation and renewal of building service systems
2. Electrical or Mechanical bias with relevant qualifications (HND, NVQ, or City & Guilds)
3. Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Ability to pass a DBS check
