Key Responsibilities

1. Transform client requirements into clear project tickets for development teams
2. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to account managers
3. Present as a subject matter expert to clients, understanding their business needs
4. Create comprehensive documentation, including technical diagrams and how-to guides
5. Lead technical learning sessions and project kick-offs

Ideal Candidate

1. 3+ years of software development or comparable experience
2. Strong understanding or interest in video streaming technologies (encoding, OTT delivery, CDNs)
3. Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts
4. Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Asana)
5. Passion for staying current with TV and digital video broadcast trends
