Project Engineer, Food Manufacturing Staffordshire and Scunthorpe must be willing to travel 12-month Fixed-Term Contract Up to £55,000
Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Engineer to join our UK division. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and executing a variety of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee engineering projects from inception to completion across multiple UK sites.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and maintain key project documentation including URS, project plans, cost control reports, and progress updates.
Create layout and general arrangement drawings using AutoCAD (3D experience required).
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including operations, planning, NPD, technical, and maintenance departments.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Travel between UK sites and occasionally overseas as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or HND in Engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (3D drawing capability is essential).
Proven experience in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Prior experience in the food industry is an advantage.
A valid UK driving license is required.
