The role involves working with three integrated specialist teams across Virtual Production, Creative Engineering, and Creative Production to transform marketing operations around People, Process and Platform.
Marketing Orchestration is designed to do two things:
- Transform and deliver next-gen production solutions
- Consult, measure and report on the efficiencies and effectiveness we can offer.
The Senior Manager, Marketing Orchestration has a critical role in delivering productivity and efficiency improvements for our new client Barclays.
We are currently working on a number of transformation workstreams for this client, all of which are designed to boost overall performance through increased client revenue, lower operating costs and better customer satisfaction.
The transformation workstreams include:
- Performance Marketing Engine business audit
- End to end process evolution
- Roll out of Artbot (OPMG Connected Content Horizontal)
- Roll out an interim DAM solution
- Introduction of GA4 (customer journey optimisation)
The Senior Manager, Marketing Orchestration will support project planning, project start-up, dependency management and delivery and hold responsibility for the full Transformation programme and budgets.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple transformation workstreams, coordinating and aligning activities to deliver strategic Transformation objectives for the LEAP team and our client Barclays.
To this end, you will be working closely with the Senior Director, Marketing Orchestration, Client Partnership, Tech Strategy, Creative and Production leads.
Main Duties and Responsibilities

- Be a subject matter expert across our Marketing Orchestration solutions
- Be responsible for oversight of all project timelines and interdependencies.
- Hold responsibility for the delivery of projects within the Transformation Programme.
- Provide expert delivery and change management skills.
- Work in partnership with the Senior Director, Marketing Orchestration to ensure projects align with the overall Transformation programme portfolio and strategic direction for the Marketing Orchestration department (and agency vision).
- Gather requirements in collaboration with team leads; develop project scopes to determine goals and deliverables, timing, budgets, working processes and resource requirements.
- Coordinate resource and day-to-day activities to ensure projects progress on schedule and within prescribed budget.
- Constantly monitor and report on project progress, manage and validate change requests as required.
- Pro-actively identify conflicts, risks and resource gaps and manage these throughout all phases of the project.
- Serve as the primary interface with the relevant clients on project planning.
- Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation.
- Recognize and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts to the Senior Director, Marketing Orchestration and continually evaluate project effectiveness.
- Work in partnership with the Senior Director, Marketing Orchestration to understand our service offerings, processes and platforms - and actively identify the right opportunities to better serve our clients.

- Working closely with the Senior Director, Marketing Orchestration ensure that effective business justification is presented for allocation of any required investment funding, developing and presenting business cases to VP, Marketing Orchestration and Finance Leads where necessary.
Person Specification
Experience and qualifications.
- Multidisciplinary experience including project management, business process design, production andtechnology
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in a structured delivery environment
- Minimum 5+ years Agency experience with exposure to large corporate clients
- Proven track record of service improvement and/or operational management
- Proven experience managing next gen projects with a focus on automation, personalisation and AI
- Good understanding of project governance and change management principles
