• Our client is a specialist real estate investment and asset management business focused on unlocking value in commercial and residential properties. They manage a diverse portfolio and are looking to add to their team with a Project Director to work on hotel projects.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in managing large-scale real estate development projects, with a strong track record of delivering complex commercial, residential, or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to oversee project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, planning regulations, and sustainability standards, ensuring projects meet both legal and industry requirements.
• Strong financial acumen, with experience in budget management, cost control, and financial forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, foster collaboration, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, capable of securing project approvals, managing contractor relationships, and presenting to senior executives.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure projects stay on track to meet objectives.
• A relevant degree in construction management, real estate, or a related field; professional qualifications (e.g., MRICS, RICS) are highly desirable.
