Project Director Data centres

Job Description

JDRoss are working with a key client who are a construction company focusing on Data centre projects throughout the UK and Europe.

Currently they are looking for a project director to support their projects in London.

Position Overview:

• Collaborating closely with project teams to identify project requirements and develop effective technical solutions.
• Establishing design processes and deliverables.
• Focus on Pre-Construction Engineering activities, including design development, construction details, services coordination, technical submittals, and subcontract management.
• Contributing to the ongoing enhancement of the Quality Assurance System.
• Conducting project reviews.
• Supporting estimation, procurement, commercial, marketing, and project bidding.
• Providing off-site technical assistance.
• Conducting site visits to support the construction teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in Civil, Structural, and Architectural Services.
• Knowledge of the design of data centre projects.
• Experience in preparing method statements and conducting risk assessments.
• Experience as a lead on a UK data centre project.
• Data centre construction experience.
• Understanding of how to interact with clients, vendors, and contractors.

• £100,000-£120,000 Salary.
