Are you a Project Director that has delivered Data Centre Projects for a Main Contractor in the UK or Europe? This specialist Main Contractor negotiates 41% of workload and has done so for the past 2 Years.

Currently working for a Tier 1 Contractor and wanting more of a VOICE within the company? Want to take ownership and be rewarded with potential development beyond Project Director Level?

Major Data Centre Project based in Amsterdam, is in demand for a Project Director whose had vast experience within Data Centre project completions.

Reporting into the Head of Construction you will have full P+L for the job. You will be given the autonomy to make good decisions and make money on site. You must work with the client as they are a key LONG-TERM partner and strategic in the group’s growth plans.

This is very much a win win for both parties. You will work with the supply chain to ensure that everyone wins …COLLABORATION throughout all stages of the process and project.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to take responsibility for providing all services relating to project management on data centre project in The Netherlands.

• Good communication skills – Happy to client face and manage a team.
• Applicant MUST have Clear Experience of Major Projects – Data Centres
• Able to lead a PSA & Front end coordinating all aspects from planning, design & technical.
• Client opens to a trades or degree background.
• Track record on £75 Million Value + Projects in UK, Ireland, or Europe.
