Our client is a highly regarded, privately-owned main contractor delivering prestigious projects across London and the South of England. Specialising in prime residential construction, they undertake a wide range of projects including luxurious country homes, London townhouses, and heritage conservation works. These two positions will be involved with managing projects from £20m to over £80m in value with craftsmanship and quality of the highest standards.

This is a rare opportunity to join the team as a Project Director and lead iconic high value projects in the super prime residential sector.

As Project Director, you will take responsibility for the delivery of one or more complex, high-value projects, leading multi-disciplinary teams from pre-construction through to post-completion.

This role requires an experienced leader with a strong background in construction project management and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

You’ll need:

  • Proven experience managing high-value construction projects, within the luxury residential or heritage sectors.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making abilities to streamline project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
  • A stable career history

You will be site based on a Super Prime residential project in the Hants, Oxon, Berks area.

Working with some of the country's best subcontractors, consultants and architects delivering truly magnificent properties.

  • Seeking candidates with a stable career history and 10 - 15 years of experience managing high-quality residential refurbishment/build projects ranging from £10m+ in contract value.
  • Candidates will be involved in the planning stages, and they will have experience creating programmes using software such as Asta.
  • This is a permanent position, and they are looking for candidates who are seeking a long-term role to manage future projects in the region.
