We are now seeking a Project Director to work for a Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are continuing their growth and are keen to add a Senior Appointment.

About the role

The Project Director will be working primarily on commercial refurb projects valued at circa £100 million.

This Project Director will be overseeing project delivery as well as being involved in converting PCSA's and bidding for new work.

Project Director responsibilities

1. Overseeing a project valued at circa £100m, working closely with Senior Project Managers to support and lead the site teams.
2. Building relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders as well as developing existing relationships.
3. Pull together the design, commercial and programme and assist operation teams in the successful delivery of projects.
4. Influence process and procedures around HSEQ in the business and support the company's values and growth.

The ideal Project Director will have a proven track record in delivering major projects circa £100 million from start to finish.

Looking for a Project Director with experience working for a tier one main contractor and shown stability and longevity in their career.

The Project Director will have worked on commercial and mixed-use schemes both new build, cut & cave and refurb in central London.

The Project Director will be looking to progress their career, add value to a successful business and put their own stamp on their place in the business.

This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a leading main contractor who have a lot of exciting projects coming through at the moment.

What we offer for Operations Director

£130,000 - £140,000
