Key Responsibilities:

1. The Project Director will deliver high-profile projects, ensuring excellence in execution and outcomes.
2. Will work closely with the commercial directors to oversee and manage the financial aspects of the development, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
3. Take responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the project, while ensuring the overall progress aligns with key milestones.
4. Provide regular updates to the leadership team, reporting on project progress and performance.
5. Contribute to the broader development of the business, offering strategic support to the leadership team.

Skills and Background:

1. A strong background in M&E with proven experience in directing major construction projects valued at over £50 million.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage projects from tender stage through to successful completion.
3. Expertise in leading and managing diverse teams.
