Are you a Project Director experienced in large-scale construction projects? We are hiring for a Project Director to oversee a large mixed-use project in North West London.

You will have operational control over the development, ensuring seamless execution from procurement to completion. You will be responsible for health & safety, project sequencing, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement. This is a senior leadership role, demanding a strategic mindset, commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the development industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage project teams, including recruitment and chairing key meetings.
  2. Oversee third-party management and ensure all agreements are in place.
  3. Ensure compliance with planning obligations and regulatory requirements.
  4. Develop and implement construction sequencing and logistics strategies.
  5. Manage procurement strategies and oversee the tendering process.
  6. Forecast project costs, develop budgets, and mitigate risks.
  7. Drive design leadership from planning through to completion.
  8. Ensure full implementation of a quality assurance system.
  9. Liaise with funders, investors, and partners, preparing external reports.
  10. Administer project change control and develop a handover management plan.
  11. Collaborate with customer care teams to ensure client satisfaction.
