Position: Project Design Engineer

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + Company bonus + Private Healthcare + Progression

Location: Runcorn, Warrington

The day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Defining project requirements in collaboration with clients
• Leading the development of protective design strategies
• Overseeing the completion of structural calculations
• Managing multiple projects to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Mentoring a talented team
• Contributing to strategic business decisions

This role would suit a Project Design Engineer or similar with a background in steel and concrete design looking to further their career with a market-leading consultancy who offer great bonus structures, private healthcare, hybrid working, and the opportunity to manage a team and contribute to pioneering projects in the industry.

The Role:

• Define project requirements and deliver solutions
• Develop design strategies and ensure compliance
• Lead, mentor, and manage project delivery
• Perform structural and vehicle dynamics assessments

The Person:

• Project Design Engineer, Structural Engineer, or similar background
• Chartered Engineer or equivalent experience
• Background in concrete and steel design
• Willing to undergo SC Clearance
• Commutable to Runcorn
