Project Design Coordinator

Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00

* Salary plus bonus.

The Role:

The Project Design Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting Project Managers.

1. Produce and process SAP sales orders
2. Generate drawings for approval and manufacture using AutoCAD LT
3. Coordinate materials for production builds and installation
4. Create manufacture, cutting, and assembly sheets for production
5. Adapt and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
6. Maintain up-to-date planners and databases
7. Liaise with Contracts, Production, Technical, and Purchasing departments

The Candidate:

To excel as a Project Design Coordinator, candidates should meet the following criteria:

1. Experience with AutoCAD LT 2D is essential
2. Understanding of manufacturing and production processes
3. Previous experience as a coordinator in a busy environment
4. Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
5. Highly motivated and organised with strong prioritisation skills
6. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
7. Working knowledge of SAP is desirable
