Job description

Our client is one of Australia's leading construction companies with a diverse portfolio of commercial, education, health & government projects up to $300M. They have over $1BN in projects locked in over the coming years. In a time when job security is of utmost importance, this business is thriving.

They have a number of $200M+ projects coming up in central locations and require Project Coordinators with head contract experience to assist in getting these projects off the ground.

The successful candidate will be working with some of the most experienced professionals in the Tier 1 space.

Responsibilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders from each department (design, development, and construction) and providing the necessary construction input and updates.
  • Developing construction staging and logistic plans, management plans, and methodologies.
  • Developing design and construction programmes.
  • Developing construction preliminaries and supervision estimates.
  • Obtaining trade pricing and feedback to assist in developing project budgets.
Desired Experience
  • Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong programming and project planning skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and time management skills (ability to work across multiple projects at various stages concurrently).
  • Well-rounded experience across all project phases (concept to delivery and completion).
