Contract type: Permanent, full-time
Compensation:
£28,000 - £30,000 per annum salary (based on experience)
Core working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Overtime may be required from time to time, including early starts and late evenings, when events occur. Domestic and overseas travel may be required from time to time. Weekend work and overtime will be compensated as time off in lieu.

We are a small but dynamic team, and our clients include global charities, NGOs, and corporate businesses, including Asthma + Lung UK, Alexion, Be the Business, Centre for Ageing Better, Heathrow, Sage, Strava, the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, and Uber.
Purpose of the role:
This is a mid-level role for an organised, proactive and dynamic person, with strong communication and time management skills. You must have a minimum of two years of experience in an events role and be able to lead the delivery of small-scale events such as private dinners, webinars, Parliamentary events and drinks receptions. You will also be required to support the Events Manager with the delivery of large-scale events, taking ownership of project workstreams, e.g. management, sponsor management, and registration management.
