Job description

About the role

Reporting to the National Solution Support Manager, you will be the dynamic go-to person supporting our business development team in the area of furniture projects, with the aim to deliver the best customer experience in off furniture in Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotes as required.
  • End to end project coordination / management with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaising with key project stakeholders to complete each project according to its unique set of requirements and clearly communicate expectations with customers and suppliers.
  • Resolve any issues and solve problems relating to the project furniture supply.
  • Be agile, flexible, and resolve any issues and solve problems relating to projects.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as directed by the Solution Support Manager.

About you

The ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales support and/or project management role.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with strong willingness to learn.
  • Be flexible and agile in your working methods.
  • Think outside the box approach.
  • High attention to detail and well-organised.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
