Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring people, and we’re looking for a Project Coordinator ideally with industry experience to join our growing PMO team.

Here’s why you’ll love this role...

1. You will be supporting on all aspects of the projects, making applications, maintaining records, prioritising and working with various stakeholders and 3rd parties.
2. You will be working in accordance with Streetworks legislation, Openreach PIA processes, Electricity DNO requirements and project delivery timescales.
3. You will manage active defects, permits and notices to maintain compliance at all stages of the job, preventing Fixed Penalty Notices and overrun charges.
4. Review physical infrastructure access routes expiration dates on a daily basis and take action accordingly i.e. cancel, renew, extend, submit build report, etc.
5. Liaise with 3rd party physical infrastructure access team to resolve any discrepancies in the record.

Here’s why you’ll be great in this role...

1. You will have an understanding of power supply processes including raising power quotes, scheduling and managing power installations.
2. Knowledge of Ethernet Access Direct (EAD) lifecycle and related processes (e.g., ducting, fibre installation, fit and-test procedures).
3. Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and appointments simultaneously.
4. Proven track record of managing project timelines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
