Job description

Project Coordinator - Stroud


Business Need / Purpose of Role:
Work within the Projects group within the Contracts department coordinating assigned projects, providing an interface between Customers and the Company.


Objectives:

  1. Coordinate assigned orders within the project scope.
  2. Liaise with all internal departments regarding assigned orders.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and/or customer representatives for assigned orders.
  4. Assist in creating Project Plans for effective communication and control throughout the project lifecycle.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate Order Status reporting.
  6. Collaborate with client and company personnel to improve the current status reporting format.
  7. Support the monitoring of actual project costs against initial estimates.
  8. Maintain comprehensive project registers and files.
  9. Provide input for major proposals, re-quotes, clarifications, and change orders.
  10. Identify and support process and system improvement initiatives.
  11. Coordinate client visits to the Bentley facility.
  12. Arrange and maintain records of client visits to their facilities as required.
  13. Continue to support the RMA (Return Material Authorization) system.
  14. Deliver end-of-month reporting and presentations on time.

Education and/or Experience:

  1. Proficiency in MS software applications (Projects, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.).
  2. Commercial, numerical, and analytical skills.
  3. Preferable experience in the Oil, Gas, or Energy industries.
  4. Basic understanding of manufacturing, planning, and supply chain processes.
