My client, a leader in their field, is looking to recruit a Project Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. They are known in the market for their positive reputation and are looking to grow their team due to rapid growth.
Role & Responsibilities:
Communicating with customers and suppliers daily
General administration duties
Creating orders on the system and scheduling works
Creating invoices and setting up part numbers
Attending customer meetings with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Skillset:
Previous experience in the supply chain industry
Experience dealing with export documentation including commercial invoices and packing lists
5+ GCSEs with a minimum of grade C or above
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
