Project Coordinator – About the company:
A growing and innovative company specialising in the design, manufacture, and supply of specialist systems to the construction industry is looking for a Project Coordinator. With a strong reputation for quality and expertise, the company works with major contractors and industry leaders, delivering unique solutions that set industry standards.
As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Project Coordinator to support projects from the commercial phase through to completion, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer communication.
Project Coordinator – Details:

Project Coordinator – Responsibilities:
- Commercial Management: Handling project agreements, processing warranties, and managing required documentation.
- Order Processing: Adding new orders to internal systems, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
- Invoicing: Managing invoices for project stages and final balances.
- Project Tracking: Maintaining project plans and coordinating internal meetings.
- Design Coordination: Scheduling design work, ensuring deadlines are met, and issuing approval drawings.
- Customer Communication: Providing updates and managing client expectations.
- Deliveries & Logistics: Organising deliveries, shipping documents, and tracking costs.
- Documentation & Aftersales Support: Preparing instruction materials and handling customer queries.
- Reporting & Admin: Completing sales reports, managing priority tasks, and overseeing framework agreements.
- Time Management: Allocating work hours and handling overtime submissions.
Project Coordinator – What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- A methodical approach with strong attention to detail.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of the construction industry.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (A-C), including Maths and English.
