Location: London (Office – 1 – 2 days a week)
Leading membership association seeks a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join their team. The Project Coordinator will coordinate several working groups to deliver thought-leadership content and policy work for our client’s members.
By establishing strong relationships with senior professionals and delivering project work to a high standard, on time, and within budget, the Project Coordinator will contribute significantly to the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Create agendas for project meetings and establish strong relationships with project team members and external stakeholders.
- Transcribe and write up meeting notes and develop takeaway actions during project meetings.
- Encourage attendance of project members and contributions to project activities (whitepapers, workshops, webinars, consultation responses, etc.) via email.
- Monitor project member numbers and levels of engagement, providing monthly updates to the projects and membership departments.
- Oversee the development of documentation related to the project (from meeting notes and agendas to presentations, company brochures, and website content).
Skills, Experience & Personal Attributes
- Circa 1-3 years of project management experience.
- Interest in the FinTech space desirable.
- Degree Educated.
- Exceptional writing abilities and impeccable attention to detail.
- Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Approachable and positive, able to lead and support all stakeholders.
- Stakeholder management is essential.
