My client is a trusted leader in fire protection, prevention, and maintenance services. Dedicated to safety and quality, serving both commercial and residential clients across the UK.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the logistics and workflow of multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a point of escalation for project and resident issues, supporting team administrators in managing concerns professionally. Escalate complex matters to senior team members when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure all project-related and compliance documentation is accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Keep internal systems up to date with job progress and status. Prepare project updates and reports for Project Managers and review peers’ documentation for quality assurance.
- Plan and coordinate engineers’ schedules, ensuring efficient resource allocation and material availability. Proactively resolve access or scheduling issues in collaboration with residents and clients.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to engineers’ queries, offering basic technical support to help ensure jobs meet internal and industry standards.
- Assist in managing Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) and remedial projects, ensuring delivery within the agreed timeframe and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with various teams to support smooth project delivery.
- Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and systems.

Person Specification- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to manage workload and prioritise tasks efficiently.
Essential Requirements- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Coordinator role, ideally within the passive fire protection or FRA sector.
Desirable- Based locally or within a commutable distance.
- Familiarity with the fire protection and prevention industry.
