Vocal Views is an award-winning Market Research Agency, shaping the world’s biggest brands through insights that drive change. Supporting studies for exciting brands such as Samsung, Netflix and Ubisoft, we are now on the lookout for a Project Coordinator to join our growing, dynamic team.

As a Project Coordinator, you will primarily be responsible for recruiting research participants for paid market research studies, while also supporting live projects and progressing to managing your own portfolio of projects.

You’re a confident communicator who’s comfortable speaking with people over the phone and motivated by hitting targets. Reliable and results-driven, you bring energy and focus to a fast-paced environment. You work well with others, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and want to grow with a company that values your input and ambition.

With experience in customer service or a phone-based role, you stay organised, manage your workload well, and pay close attention to detail. You take pride in quality work and approach admin tasks with care and accuracy.

About the Role

This is a great entry point into the world of market research, giving you hands-on exposure to the full cycle of project delivery. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and senior colleagues to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and screening participants for a range of research studies, including interviews, focus groups, and online sessions
  • Handling admin and coordination tasks to keep projects on track and well-organised
  • Helping to develop outreach strategies and build partnerships to grow our participant network
  • Supporting projects from start to finish, ensuring timelines, quality, and expectations are met
  • Working on a wide variety of briefs for well-known brands in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
  • Learning on the job with guidance and support from experienced team members

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, people-focused, and ready to get stuck in. This role suits someone with a customer service background or office experience. A degree isn’t required, but a positive, can-do mindset is essential.

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

  • Confident phone skills and a friendly, professional manner when speaking with participants and clients
  • Strong written communication for emails, updates, and internal notes
  • Good organisational habits and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once
  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively when sourcing participants or handling logistics
  • A collaborative approach and a willingness to work closely with others to get things done
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and confidence using digital tools
  • Flexibility, curiosity, and a genuine interest in learning how market research operates behind the scenes
