  • Title: Project Coordinator
  • Location: North Bristol
  • Salary: Up to £35,000
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Here at LivGreen we are a specialist Retrofit Contractor which provides a one-stop-shop for social and private landlords in delivering high quality retrofit projects. We prioritize teamwork, efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Project Support Administrator with a passion for delivering energy efficiency work.

What you will be doing:

  • Co-ordination of schedules for our Surveyors and Assessors and booking of appointments.
  • First point of contact for emails, office visitors and calls regarding your project.
  • Processing orders including data entry and paperwork.
  • Assisting Project Managers with administration duties.
  • Working closely with the PM to help deliver a project.
  • Booking in appointments with clients.
  • Ensure supplies are in stock and place orders with purchasing team (PPE, Stationary, Materials)

What we are looking for:

  • Project based experience (Essential)
  • Ability to work in a busy and fast paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational/Co-ordination skills
  • Attention to detail
  • A good knowledge of IT and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work well within a team
