Work type: Permanent. 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

Where you fit in:

As our Project Coordinator you will provide project administration support services to all teams within Water Service Delivery, covering financial SAP functionality and access data from Asset Inventory, Engineering Document Management System (EDMS), Business Risk Management (BRM), Direct Procurement (ARIBA) Programme Prioritisation Management System (PPMS) and corporate data management systems.

What skills & qualifications you will need:

  • Experience of projects, partnership working and financial management.
  • Experience of developing and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to proactively self-manage own workload whilst maintaining effective operational relationships.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to work across all levels and functions.

You will also benefit from having:

  • Previous experience in a commercially orientated and/or regulated environment.
  • Previous experience gained within the water or wastewater sectors or within the broader utilities, process, or manufacturing industry sectors.
