  • You will lead the delivery of key assignments and defined business areas, providing strategic direction and monitoring delivery aligned with overall vision and objectives.

  • You will be a recognised expert in PMO and project controls, with a strong internal and external network (e.g. clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).
  • Reporting and accountable to the PMO & delivery commercial lead.
  • Working with the PMO commercial function and the i-PMO project controls director.
  • Interface with all functions to update the control budget and provide cost advice.
  • External interface will be required with several stakeholders including the client and delivery partners.
  • Ideally will have contributed to development of specialist process or procedures or drafting of industry relevant articles or publications for their specialist field.
  • Maintaining the control budget.
  • Developing control budget tools.
  • EAC reporting, trend analysis from affordable budget.
  • Costing change from handover 1 design to handover 2 design and recording movement from affordable budget.
  • Ensuring lastest design information is available to site performance reporting teams and planning.
  • Supporting i-PMO (MEH programme wide) project controls.
  • Interface with client governance.

You'll need to have:
  • Degree qualification (or equivalent)
  • Can achieve security clearance (BPSS or higher)
You'll also have:
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
  • Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
  • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
This role will be on site 4 days a week as per the requirement of the project.
