Senior Project Controls Engineer - Defence

Location: Bristol

Job type: Permanent (Hybrid 2-3 days in office)

Salary: up to £65,000 per annum

Looking for a PERMANENT Senior Project Controls Engineer - Planning Defence to work for a multinational professional services company specialising in programme management, project management, cost management and consulting across the property, infrastructure and natural resources sectors.

You will be working as part of a team delivering major projects and programmes across the region. You will lead the planning individuals on high complexity, high-risk projects and programmes, developing and maintaining project schedules aligned with requirements, ensuring efficiency and clarity.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project schedules with the team.
• Track progress, identify issues, and improve efficiency.
• Support change management and status reporting.
• Analyze delays and recommend recovery plans.

Skills:

• Professional working knowledge of Project Controls software and tools like Primavera P6.
• Experience working on Defence/Government projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with Project Planning and Scheduling across multiple stages of the project life cycle.
