About the Company

Our client is a specialist fit-out and refurbishment contractor. After recently being bought out, they are looking to re-define themselves and have had a stellar Q1 with some of their biggest projects lined up for Q2. 2025 is looking to be a big year for them with an extremely strong pipeline and big plans in the works, making it an ideal time to join them in their journey. You would become the first permanent member of their delivery team, meaning once proven there is a high potential you’ll step up to a Head of Delivery role.

About the Role

Our client is seeking someone with proven experience as a successful Contracts Manager within the interior fit-out and refurbishment sector. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k - £3m. You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with end-user clients and consultants. Your primary role would be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

The key responsibilities include but aren’t limited to:

  1. Responsibility for active work site(s)
  2. Programme management
  3. Cost control
  4. Quality Control
  5. Working with H&S manager/consultant to maintain high standards of safety
  6. Procurement
  7. Conversant with bills & contracts
  8. Contract correspondence
