Project Business Delivery Manager (Recruitment and Admissions Systems Programme)

Salary from £53,204 to £61,301 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £68,119 pa inclusive of London allowance.

This is a fixed term appointment for 2 years.

The role

As Project Business Delivery Manager, you will work with colleagues from across LSE to add management and leadership capacity to ‘business as usual’ (BAU) activities, whilst simultaneously planning, facilitating and managing the implementation of changes to systems, processes, policies and skills for a range of transformational projects. The primary focus of the role is to drive and support the Recruitment and Admissions Systems Programme. This aim of this programme is to significantly increase the effectiveness of our systems and processes by maximising the full potential of Salesforce. This is central to how we will further enhance our ability to achieve our student recruitment objectives.

The context

LSE is one of the world’s leading institutions for the study of the social sciences. With 20 Nobel Prize winners, 37 past or present heads of state and ranking among the top 50 universities in the world (QS 2024), we are a truly international university at the forefront of global policy debate. This role will be located in the Academic Registrar’s Division (ARD), a key central support unit within the School. Within ARD, the role will primarily support the Recruitment and Admissions team.

What we’re looking for

The successful candidate will be expected to have significant experience of working within HEI admissions or student recruitment. You will be a motivated, effective communicator, possessing strong planning and organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative as well as within a team. You will be able to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to resolve issues on a daily basis.

This position will be subject to a standard Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Any offer of employment made is conditional on receipt of a satisfactory DBS check.
